We have been sourcing some of our Limited Edition coffee from El Placer Farms for the last few years. New to the line up is their more traditional washed decaf. Mixed varietals from their community project in Genova, Quindìo, are grown between 1500 and 2000 MASL. The coffee is then washed and fermented for 24-36 hours and was decaffeinated using the sugar cane process ensuring a clean and delicious profile.
Expect rich notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, orange and a juicy acidity. It has a medium body that finished with a long-lasting sweet aftertaste.
