We're super excited to have another stunning coffee from fourth generation producer, Sebastian Ramirez, a coffee producer at the top of his game. Sebastian is renowned for producing complex, desirable and delicious coffees. Last year's Honey IPA version won us a Great Taste Award.

Our 2025 choice from Sebastian Ramirez is another exciting one. As a drinking experience, the body is medium, round and silky with a syrup-like texture. The aftertaste is long-lasting, sweet and fruity. Here at Fika, we've been loving it as a long black or filter to enhance the juicy yellow fruits. 

El Placer means "The Pleasure" in English. The farm is located in the heart of Colombia's "coffee cultural landscape" UNESCO World Heritage Site in the centre-western part of Colombia at an elevation of 1744 metres above sea level.
